Requirements to candidate
- Spoken, written English level B2 or higher;
- The ability to quickly navigate technical programs;
- Desire to learn and develop;
- Previous experience in Support Management will be an advantage;
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from English-speaking customers through the online chat, and phone calls;
- Active communication with other departments to solve customer technical problems;
- Excellent understanding of the product and its new versions;
- Promoting a positive customer experience of using the service.
