About the client
HireAction brings a new vision to the recruiting space, helping companies to supercharge their hiring by using their best advocates: their employees.
Project idea
Looking for a qualified employee on overcrowded traditional recruitment platforms like LinkedIn may get time-consuming, frustrating, and, eventually, inefficient. HireAction minimizes the time spent on recruiting while providing the most suitable and competent talents.
One of the defining factors for making a right decision is good reviews and recommendations of people who we trust. The idea behind HireAction is to utilize personal contacts networks of current company employees, and to encourage them to refer suitable professionals for the open roles at the company. Automation of this process allows filling the vacancies quickly and qualitatively, making recruitment a piece of cake.
With profound experience at leading company positions, HireAction founders came to a conclusion that the traditional HR processes can and should be optimized. Finding the right candidates for the open vacancies within the shortest time possible would not just save the HR department from multiple headaches, but significantly improve the overall company productivity and efficiency.
The founders' initial vision of a new employee referral software suggested it should work the following way:
Sign up and fill your company profile
Create roles and configure hire awards
Invite company employees to the system
Employees can easily refer candidates to the open roles
Your HR department reviews the referrals and approves the qualified candidates
Track candidate status in the funnel
Notify your employees about successful referrals and deliver corresponding reward points
Employees can convert their points into gift cards from top companies specializing in electronics, travel, recreation and sport, and much more
